- User Personas: We realize that our team is often times not your users, which is why we like to define the unique personas that will be using your software. The more we know about your users, the more we can design a better UX for them.
- Information Design: To get the user from point A to point B often requires a smart and well-informed information taxonomy, navigation system, user flows, and screen layouts.
- Prototypes: Before we begin developing your software, it’s important that we experience what it will be like to use your software. That’s where prototyping comes in. Our prototype can be as simple as static mockups or as complex as semi-functional screens with mock data calls and real-world user interactions.
- Usability Testing: There really is only one way to know whether the design of your software is easy to use and that is to test it. Carefully authored test scripts and scenarios can reveal critical design flaws before any development begins.
- Front-end Assets: One of the most important jobs of our UX Design team is to make the job of our Software Development Team as easy as possible. To do this, we make sure all HTML/CSS/JS assets are created by our UX Design Team and delivered to our Software Development Team. This enables us to let our software developers focus on their strengths – coding.
